Trung is responsive, kind, and courteous. When I needed to upgrade to a larger unit, he was super responsive and was able to accommodate my request within a short turnaround. I've really only had positive experiences with Trung and this storage facility. Highly recommend (although it does appear there is typically a waitlist for larger units)

The staff at Stadium Storage was extremely accommodating and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Trung, in particular, was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience moving out of the storage unit was as efficient and easy as possible. I highly recommend.

My experience was pleasant enough. No good or bad experiences which is what I expected. The price was reasonable as well with no complaints or damages. The best experience was with the Assistant Mr. Trung. He kept it clean and smelling good there. Also, During my move he was available and actually helped me move by belonging out and into my van. He did not have to do that so I sincerely want to thank Trung for his help. THANK YOU!
